Order Processing

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received, we will begin processing your order. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, sales, or unexpected stock fluctuations, processing times may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or provided in your order confirmation where applicable. We will always aim to meet the expected delivery timeframe; however, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • High order volumes
  • Supplier, stock, or manufacturing delays

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where tracking is available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

In some cases, couriers may require additional time to investigate delayed or missing parcels. Any replacement or refund will be considered in line with our refund and returns policy and after reasonable checks have been completed.

Stock or Manufacturing Delays

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable, delayed by a supplier, or affected by manufacturing delays after your order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update and, where appropriate, offer an alternative solution such as waiting for restock, replacing the item, or cancelling the order for a refund.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import procedures.
