Thank you for shopping with us. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when items can be returned and how refunds are handled.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- Unsealed
- In its original packaging
- In a resellable condition
- Returned with any accessories, parts, and instructions included
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for portable bidets that have been opened, unsealed, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Hygiene Products
Portable bidets are personal hygiene products. Once the product has been opened, unsealed, or used, it cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.
This restriction does not apply where the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will review the issue and handle it in line with your UK statutory rights, which may include a refund, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described item, we will advise you on the next steps and any applicable return shipping arrangements.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, standard original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Additional costs for premium or express delivery may not be refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Opened or unsealed portable bidets
- Used portable bidets
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or dispatched, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has started.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to request a return in line with this policy.
